Erin Smith, RMT & Fanaye Whyte, PT established in 2015, in East York, ON.  Our clinic is therapist owned and patient-driven. Our team provides advanced therapeutic and rehabilitative techniques in a safe, comfortable, and relaxing environment by Registered Physiotherapists and Registered Massage Therapists. 

 

We cater to clients of all ages including children, adults, and seniors. Our services include a variety of individualized treatment programs that are designed to relieve the pain and stress related to day to day living while aiding in the rehabilitation of physical injuries. Learn exercises that you can do at home with guidance from personalized videos.

 

We offer workshops on various health topics of your choice such as exercise programs for osteoarthritis; postural re-education; repetitive strain injuries including tennis elbow, neck/shoulder/back pain and much more!!  And to sweeten our offering....we have FREE PARKING!!!

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Our small group training program is your next step after one on one training if you have some fitness background or have trained before.

 

Small group training offers you individual attention, support, and guidance with others training with you at the same time. During your assessment, we will determine your goals and begin to work on your individual program. We will book your small group training times for the month, allowing you the flexibility to train when you can, from home or in-studio.

 

Your program will be tailored to you, but the training will provide you with the support and guidance you need to reach your goals.

We're here to support you through Zoom, or our fitness app to keep you accountable and moving, just as we would in the studio!
