Package Expiration/Refund Policy:

Individuals registering for personal training must complete all personal training sessions by the end of the client’s eligibility to participate in the program or by the expiration date of the training package, whichever comes first. Personal training packages expire one (1), twelve ( 12) months from the date of purchase based on purchased package. If you cancel a 12 (twelve) month package before the end of the contract you are to pay 30% of the remainng package or back pay the difference between the month to month and the 12 month packages. All packages are non-refundable/non-transferable.

Cancellation Policy:

Clients are asked to call 24 hours in advance of the scheduled training session. You will be charged for appointments cancelled with fewer than 24 hours notice. Failure to contact your trainer and call 6476203050 (M-F) will result in a session loss.

What if I'm late to a session?

Late Policy:
Clients are responsible for arriving on-time to their training sessions. Trainers are obligated to wait only 15 minutes (10 minutes for 30-minute sessions). After 15 minutes (10 minutes for 30-minute sessions), the trainer is not required to lead the remaining time of the session and the session may be lost.

What should I wear?

Come prepared to each training session in proper workout attire and footwear (shorts, gym pants, T-shirt, sweatshirt, supportive sneakers).

How long are the work outs?

Personal training sessions are30 minutes ( 25 minuts with a 5 minute buffer time) and 60 minutres (50 minutes with a 10 minute buffer time).

PAR-Q & Medical Clearance:

A medical clearance form is required of all participants who answer “yes” to any of the seven PAR-Q questions.
Note: Personal training staff reserve the right to require medical clearance from any client they feel may be at risk.

If you’re thinking about becoming a client: In order for them to work for you, our plans require that you stay dedicated to them 7 days a week. If you’re only sticking to the plan we set for you 80% of the time, or even 90% of the time, you’re going to have very mixed results, if any result at all. Before deciding to work with us, ask yourself if you’re ready for a 100%, 7-day-a-week commitment. That’s what amazing results need (this does not mean you workout 7 days a week.. just that we expect you do be on your diet 7 days a week!) Your plan starts the date we decide it will start (usually Sunday or Monday after we send you the info). The amount of weeks your plan includes starts at that point, without interruption. Just because you don’t check in doesn’t mean the week doesn’t count against you! Think about this in case you’re about to buy a plan but have several busy weeks ahead of you in which you know you won’t be able to give your all to a fitness plan. We respond to all e-mail on mondays. you can book a video check in on mondays as well. Do not re-e-mail us or remind me of your e-mail until that time window has passed. (If you do not hear from me after 48 hours, however, please feel free to remind me of your e-mail, it may have gotten lost!) Also, we are cautious about who we work with, and we do not work with anyone currently battling with major health issues.
