One on one training is a great way to kick start your fitness goals. If you struggle with pain, actue or chronic injury, have trouble staying accountable and need guidance, this is a great place to start. Before you begin any fitness program we do a full assessment to go over your health history, injuries and goals. Training with us isn’t about how much you can sweat or how many burpess you can do, it’s about your body moving properly, reducing injury and pain and helping you reach your goals.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Our small group training program is your next step after one on one training if you have some fitness background or have trained before.

 

Small group training offers you individual attention, support, and guidance with others training with you at the same time. During your assessment, we will determine your goals and begin to work on your individual program. We will book your small group training times for the month, allowing you the flexibility to train when you can, from home or in-studio.

 

Your program will be tailored to you, but the training will provide you with the support and guidance you need to reach your goals.

 As personal trainers, it's our job to develop a plan that will work for you, with what you have at home. Given the current situation, we know how hard it is to focus on yourself, to make fitness gains a priority, and for you to be consistent with movement.

Our job is to develop a plan that will work for you, from the comfort of your home, with your injuries, goals, and pain in mind.

We're here to support you through Zoom, or our fitness app to keep you accountable and moving, just as we would in the studio!
